Terms and conditions
All the enrolments are subjects to this general conditions.
For the registration it is necessary to fill the enrolment form and to send it by e-mail with the payment in advance of the 30% of the total cost of the course, at least 25 days before the beginning.
The acceptance of the booking is executed only when the school sends the confirmation by e-mail.
The Centre Cultura and Turismo Marina di Sorso will estimate the applications and if there won't be availability of places, the students will be offered different options.
The courses begin every Monday and are subordinate to the minimum number for the start which is of 6 student for Italian courses and 3 for the complementary ones.
If there won't be the minimum numbers of students, the school can cancel a course by right or replace it with a 2-hour daily course.
If there won't be places at disposal in the morning, the school can organize the lessons in the afternoon.
The hour of lesson lasts 55 minutes. The obligatory starting test is included in the number of the hours of the course.
The centre will be closed in the days of national holiday (1st, 6th January; Monday Easter; 25th April; 1st May; 2nd June; 15th August; 1st November; 8th, 25th, 26th December). The lessons cannot be recovered.
The payment has to be sent by:
- international postal order
- bank transfer without expenses for the bank beneficiary
The information about postal order and bank transfer will be sent by e-mail or fax after receiving the enrollment form.
All fees must be paid in full at the latest on the first day of the course, otherwise the student won't be admitted to the lessons.
In case of cancellation it is necessary to inform the school through registered letter or telegram, at least 15 days before the beginning of the course:
- if the cancellation happens within the above-mentioned terms the school deducts the 30 % of total price;
- if it happens after the beginning of the course, the total sum will be forfeited.
The students who start the course late or finish in advance because of reasons independent by the school can't be refunded.
The centre acts only as an intermediary regarding the lodgings, and takes no responsibility regarding the relationship between the renter and the student.
The centre acts only as an intermediary regarding the taxi service, and takes no responsibility regarding the relationship between the haulier and the student.
The students are responsible for the damages cause by them to the properties of the school.
The centre is not responsible of lost objects inside its rooms.
